There are various cleaning methods that need to be considered depending on the present condition of the wood and previous finishes applied. We will help you understand these techniques and provide the service necessary to clean or strip failing finish, mildew, fungus, dead wood fibers, and construction dirt. This is done with:

Caulking & Chinking
We inspect your caulking and chinking, looking for areas that may be deteriorating or failing. We can repair bad sections and re-caulk or chink those areas, increasing the level of efficiency in the structure along with restoring it's beautiful look. We also provide installation of chink or caulk for new construction structures.
Wood Restoration
We will repair and/or replace damaged or rotted logs on your home and boards on your deck, if needed. A determination needs to be made as to what repairs will need to be done and then remove the damaged areas and replace with new material that can be matched up with the old as good as possible.
Finishing
In the finishing process we apply the natural oil finishes by spraying the material on the wood at a very heavy rate, completely saturating the wood [it is necessary for the wood to be completely saturated so that the finishes perform as they should. Then brushing out the excess finish so that there are no runs in the finish. |
